  The lady who prepared our taxes was amazing . However , the office manager who was responsible for submitting our information to the IRS failed to do so until a week later. And when I called to check the reason why we couldn't track or even find our submission, no one had any answers and kept telling us they would check into it and get back to us. Never received a return phone call. Finally had to show up in person. When I did , the office manger first gave me the excuse that she was sick and nobody told her to submit it. Then she tried to say that my wife's license was close to expiring was the reason. Which was not the case because her license was valid at the time of filing and was renewed before expiration . Then she tried to put the blame on another member of the staff saying they must not have heard her when she said she got it taken care of yesterday ( which was a week after they had been filed) . So I asked why no one had at least returned my call when I had inquired as to the reasoning , to which I got no answer and blank stares . I believe part of their mission statement in the office claims that they take responsibility for their actions and choices. Not deflect and blame everyone else in the office.
